Tidy room, everything was terrific. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a kitchen and cell. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable and the location was magnificent to Marta Train station. Had lunch/dinner at Entente, which I found just a short walk away from the hotel.

I greatly enjoyed my room - tidy with your own bathroom. Everyone who works in the hotel is amiable and superfriendly. This venue offers particularly good location close enough to the lakeshore with a reasonable walking distance, all the tourist areas and many great restaurants.

We had an extra special stay for 25 $ a night.
the location was perfect and nice, close to a railway station, if you need it. the property was set in a residential area. the food for brunch was good in the attached restaurant. we stayed for trip and would definitely book here again.

our recent stay in chicago was made even better by the hotel collection river north! the location was perfect for exploring, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the king-sized bed and shower were amazing. we also loved the added bonus of a kitchen in the hotel.
Communication was a bit difficult when we had issues checking in.
